Who I Am
My name is Dustin Hanusch (ha-NISH). I am a musician, teacher, and producer, living in Columbia Tennessee. I have been studying music in one form or another since I was ten years old and have been playing the guitar since I was 15 years old (32 years old as of 2022).
I am trained to play using, “Classical Guitar,” technique but my performance is heavily influenced by a lifetime of studying Jazz and Progressive Rock.
Performance Details
My live performance is completely instrumental and mostly solo classical guitar. I also play with classical guitar backing tracks.
Some of my backing tracks include bass guitar and percussion and once or twice a performance I tend to kick it into overdrive and use effect pedals with my classical guitar that your average classical guitarist wouldn’t use, which adds a unique edge to my performance.
